They did amazing work on my Toyota Tacoma when I was in a wreck, they did an awesome job with a new metal front bumper and repaired all the damage that was caused by the accident. Which included my radiator and fan along with a couple of sensors that got damaged. So yeah dent and collision sure but they seem to get whatever you need done and thats why they get the 5 stars.+2Posted on Google

Natasha Soltero260 days agoI can’t say enough good things about David’s Hail & Collision. They did auto body work on my Jeep and the results were absolutely incredible — it looks amazing. What truly impressed me was how they handled my insurance company. They managed to accomplish in six weeks what I had been struggling to get done on my own from January through April. They took on all the back-and-forth and stress of dealing with insurance companies. That alone made a huge difference. They were also very transparent about the timeline. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but it was honest — and I genuinely appreciated that. They delivered exactly what they said they would. They replaced my gate and a few weeks after my taillight gave out - I called them up and had me come in to get that swapped out. I was in and out within five mins. As a bonus, they even cleaned my car, which was such a nice and unexpected touch. Steve Schneiter416 days agoI had a small collision that messed up the front bumper on my 2006 Toyota Highlander. David’s Hail and Repair made the whole process super easy. I didn’t even have to drive out there since they’re about 45 minutes away. They got me a full quote remotely. When I picked the car up, not only was the bumper fixed perfectly, but they had cleaned the car and even taken care of a couple of other small things at no extra cost. It was all included in the original quote. Most of the time, I feel like repair shops are just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. David’s was the total opposite. They actually went out of their way to add value and make it a great experience. We’re usually dealership people because we prioritize quality, but David’s showed that you can absolutely get that same level of quality at a fair price. I especially appreciate you taking the time to be at the shop and communicating openly about the issues and delays. While the repair process wasn't ideal, your straightforward honesty and lack of excuses have solidified my confidence in your service. I hope I won't need another repair anytime soon, but when I do, I plan to return to your shop. Below is the original post: I'm writing to follow up on the repairs. The completed work did not meet manufacturing specifications or the standards of insurance quality assurance. I had to dispute part the payment because the work wasn't performed by your team, despite the receipt you submitted. Although the insurance documentation confirmed your team completed the work, your representatives,Kevin, later stated that your team did not complete the work. Ultimately you paid me out for the repairs that were not done by your team. The cab of my truck has been repaired, but there are still some unresolved minor aesthetic issues. Your team damaged the cab, including breaking and bending the plastic housings of the panel covers, which now won't stay latched or closed. Although I was told these covers would be replaced, I never received a follow-up. There's also overspray on the glass of the rear passenger doors that were repaired. William Shaw667 days agoFound this shop by hard research near me. I am in located in Mar Lee Denver. Had a autoshop pay for rearbumper damage and we said what the he'll. Let's fix the front bumper as it needed it as well. It was a 2012 Honda Odyssey and let's say it looks like it drove off the lot with it's very first miles. I am an automotive enthusiast. Have my automotive tech degree. This was quality work. Not only that great value for pricing. They are competitive in the market and will get my future business as well. Mattie Perry704 days agoWe got rear-ended by a company car approximately 5 months ago and the company had originally said they would pay for the full price of the repairs. We received at least 5 other estimates (requested by the company we would never have gotten so many estimates otherwise), and of course because David’s Hail and Collision Repair had given us the lowest estimate, the company wanted us to receive the repairs there. This estimate was about $2,000 - $3,000 lower than any other estimate we had received. While we were skeptical of the pricing, we saw that David’s Hail and Collision Repair had very great reviews, so against our better judgment, we decided to drop off the car to receive repairs. We dropped off the car on a Wednesday, but when calling the following days, we were told that they hadn’t even looked at the car since they were busy trying to get out hail damaged vehicles. Fine I suppose, but we definitely thought it was strange they would take the car when they did not have time to look at it. We would have gladly come back and dropped it off when they were less busy. Instead they did not start to look at the vehicle until, what we were informed, the following Tuesday. Mind you, we had to call each time to receive updates, and only received an updated estimate email after we called. David’s Hail and Collision Repair ended up more than doubling the original preliminary estimate. I know that there was damage that was not visible without taking it apart, but we knew it was odd that their preliminary estimate was so much lower than every other estimate. Obviously, the company refused to pay for the cost of repairs after the new price, so we were forced to try to go through insurance instead of having the company send us a check for the repairs. However, we did not realize that since there is a high likelihood that insurance will total out the car, the shop would charge us $100 a day for storage. It would have been nice to be informed of this before dropping off the vehicle. As stated earlier, the car was not even looked at until 6 days after we had originally dropped it off. They ended up giving us a “discount” of $50 a day, but they were still charging us a total of $764 for days they did not even look at the car and through the weekend when they were closed. We are a two-person household with full time jobs in healthcare with one vehicle and now we are down to zero. Even in the case that the insurance company deems the car totaled and we will have to find a way to purchase a new one, we will not be returning to David’s Hail and Collision Repair for any future repairs. They are money and business first and customer service seemingly last since they had no compassion or understanding for our situation. Instead, they backed us into a corner forcing us to pay $800 to take our car back after they doubled the price of the original estimate, and didn’t even look at the car until almost a week later.Posted on Google

I stopped by David’s Hail and Collision to ask about a repair & they came out to look at the car, brought a suction cup & popped it out. I asked how much it would cost & he said nothing! Teresa Dean777 days agoI damaged the front end of our vehicle on a snowbank in our driveway in March 2024. After making a claim with the insurance company we decided to take it to David’s Hail & Collision Repair because of all the great reviews it received and because it was close by. It took the insurance company about 3 weeks to approve the repair, after which the 3 parts needed were ordered. For whatever reason that is beyond anyone’s control, the parts were delayed and our vehicle was in the shop until May 20, 2024. I got a phone call from the shop saying that 2 of the parts had arrived but were still waiting on the third one and was asked if I wanted them to repair it with the parts that did arrive, get our vehicle back and then take it back to finish the repair when the last part did come. Since we had been without a vehicle for 2 months we agreed. It is now August and thankfully I was informed on 08/16 that the part came in, an appointment was made and the repair was finished. David’s Hail & Collision Repair worked with us until the completion of the work and we are satisfied with their service and the outcome.Posted on Google
Holly Jenkins782 days agoI had a backend fender bender that cracked my bumper. We wanted to pay out-of-pocket instead of using insurance and several places we previously called would not do it. David’s was the one place that would fix the bumper out of pocket (they do not do this with hail damage FYI). They did a FABULOUS job, even getting the hitch cover for my bumper that had been missing since I purchased my Suburban. They even washed it up and polished the tires for me, making my truck look just awesome. Once they got the bumper in, it took three days from start to completion. A+ work!Posted on Google

Diego Horna830 days agoMy wife’s Tacoma was affected by one of the worst hail storms in Denver’s recent history in May of 2024. I decided to call my insurance and I tried going through one of their own shops, but they couldn’t get me in for over a month. That’s when I called David’s hail and I’m so glad I did!! From the beginning they took great care of us, explaining the entire processes to us. They estimated a 3 week turnaround, but actually got it done in 2 weeks. When my wife picked it up, she couldn’t believe it was her car. They made it looked brand new and even detailed the inside. Every insurance companies dream I went to two different shops during covid and was quoted triple for refurbished Lala scrap(rejected by Eric and David) no problems with the work but they are so booked it's hard to get in. Do your best but buy the top tier rental options before you commit anywhere there are places that will actually tell your insurance it's safe to drive without a bumper so trust these guys.Posted on Google

When I got my car back, it was in better shape than before I got rear-ended. They even seemed to tune it up for me on the inside. It has a new power now when I step on the gas pedal now and I love it. It also used to make a strange noise upon starting, and now that is even gone. After the third theft attempt on my Hyundai Elantra, I brought my car to them for the repair and they had it done one day early. They reattached it on the spot, without me even driving it into the garage. The job was done in literally 10 minutes. Stellar work! Update: I returned after a fender bender a few months later. Total pros, everything done on time and well. Car was detailed after repairs, not to mention they're aces at dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend this shop for any of your body damage needs. David communicated with me throughout the entire process. It took months to repair due to everything going on in the world these days. But they were quick to tell me about everything that they were doing to make it as smooth as possible. J Jay1521 days agoI brought my Honda CR-V to David's Hail and Collision Repair in June to fix the entire passenger side of my car. Another driver (who's insurance covered the repairs) had side swiped me and took out my passenger mirror, dented my bumper and scratched the paint along the entire side of my suv. I was nervous to leave my car with anyone, but Kevin answered all of my questions before I booked the appointment for the repair. He also kept me informed during the 3 week process, which I greatly appreciated. My Honda looked brand new after they fixed it and they even included a full detail inside and out before I picked it up. I highly recommend this place, they are decent and did an excellent job. I was involved in a pretty gnarly accident in my built 2nd Gen Tacoma, and I was picky with who I wanted to work on it. I was recommended to David’s by a buddy on a Tacoma forum that I belong to, and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They replaced all my aftermarket parts (suspension, tire, headlights, bumper, grille) and I even have a viper cut front bumper on my Tacoma due to oversized tires that they re-did perfectly. Very happy with their work, and always being quick to respond and answer my 1,000 questions I had. They also even detailed my truck before I picked it up, which made it that much more pleasant to drive it home. Highly recommend.Posted on Google

We are from out of town and didn't really know where to go, so I got several estimates before I found them through a local recommendations and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The customer service and communication was wonderful- Kevin and David were wonderful to work with. I felt that they were very honest in their assessment of the damage to my vehicle and the estimate was fair and much better than competitors. The work was top notch (Jessie did a great job with tricky paint blending)- they even detailed my car as a bonus and it looks great. I was involved in an accident with my Evo X and since the car is my baby I was very picky about who I wanted to work on it. A friend recommend David’s and I went to check it out and see their work. Ultimately I chose them to do the repairs on my vehicle and they went beyond my expectations. Kevin and the whole team were helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed on how my car was doing and what was going on with it. They were able to work with all the changes I wanted to do on the car like my carbon fiber hood and new headlights. I also loved that they took their time with it to make sure everything came out perfect and didn’t cut any corners. David went beyond my expectations, he took the time to call me directly and I told him I was busy at work, he told me he would take care of everything, and he did. When I arrived he had everything ready even an Uber to take me to pick up my rental, he also arrange the rental!!! How amazing is that? He was very good at communicating on updates regarding my vehicle. His staff is also well trained and knowledgeable, they do know how to take care of their customers. They couldn’t get a hold of me Over the phone so they sent me an email, that’s what I like, they didn’t just waited to see if I called or anything. Once I got my car back, the job they performed was very professional and my vehicle wasn’t just fixed, they even detailed cleaned it!!! I hit a coyote in my car and needed a new bumper, fog light and some other body work done on my brand new Subaru with 2000 miles on it. I own a paintless dent repair/auto hail repair company in Denver and use David’s for our conventional repair and paint work. David’s is the first shop I’ve worked with that consitenly delivers high quality work time and time again. If you’re not dealing with auto repair on a daily basis it can be easy for an auto body shop to deliver sub par work. David’s has done countless cars for us and each is gone over with a fine tooth comb by trained repair experts and there is never an issue. The biggest thing for me being a business owner is seeing the owner, David working every day. It’s nice to know that the owner is there to shake your hand when you drop off and is easy to get ahold of during your repair process. They keep open lines of communication, accurate completition dates, and they truly treat your car as if it were their own. Thank you to David and all the people there!
