Whether your vehicle has been damaged by hail or a collision, our team is committed to delivering repairs that meet the highest professional standards. This Limited Lifetime Warranty reflects our confidence in our workmanship and our dedication to your satisfaction.

What This Warranty Covers

This coverage applies to all hail damage repair and collision repair services performed by David’s Hail & Collision at our Englewood, CO facility.

Hail Damage Repair

• All paintless dent repair (PDR) work performed on hail damaged panels
• Panel replacement and repainting performed when damage exceeds PDR repair thresholds
• All parts and materials used in hail damage repairs covered by insurance or paid out of pocket

Collision Repair

• All structural and frame repair work performed by David’s Hail & Collision
• Panel replacement, bodywork, and refinishing performed as part of an approved collision repair
• Paint matching and finish restoration performed on collision repaired panels
• All parts and materials used in collision repairs

This policy covers defects in workmanship, materials, and finish quality resulting directly from repairs performed by David’s Hail & Collision. Coverage applies to the original vehicle owner and remains in effect for the duration of your ownership or lease of the vehicle.

Warranty Period

Protection begins on the date your vehicle is returned to you following completion of repairs and remains in effect for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. In the event the vehicle is sold or your lease is terminated, coverage expires on the date of sale or lease termination. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.

Paint & Finish Warranty

David’s Hail & Collision warrants that all repair work performed will not compromise the paint finish or corrosion resistance of the repaired panels for the duration of your ownership or lease. Our paint and finish coverage specifically includes:

• Defects in paint adhesion resulting from our refinishing work
• Paint peeling, cracking, or bubbling caused by our repairs
• Color mismatch resulting from our paint matching process
• Corrosion of repaired panels caused by our workmanship

This policy is limited to defects caused directly by David’s Hail & Collision and does not extend to the manufacturer’s original paint coverage. We recommend reviewing your vehicle manufacturer’s documentation for coverage of pre-existing finish conditions.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

The following are excluded from coverage:

• Pre-existing damage not related to the repairs performed by David’s Hail & Collision
• Damage caused by subsequent accidents, collisions, hail events, or environmental conditions after repairs are completed
• Normal wear and tear including paint fading, oxidation, or surface scratches unrelated to our repairs
• Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance or care following repairs
• Repairs performed by any facility other than David’s Hail & Collision
• Damage resulting from the use of automatic car washes with abrasive brushes within 30 days of repair completion
• Damage to mechanical, electrical, or interior components unless specifically included in the repair order
• Insurance claim decisions, denials, or coverage disputes

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your repair requires service under this policy, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us directly at (303) 815-3854 to describe your concern and schedule a review appointment
2. Bring your original repair invoice to your appointment — you are responsible for retaining your repair documentation. Failure to present your original invoice may result in denial of your claim
3. Allow David’s Hail & Collision the opportunity to inspect the repair in question and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this coverage
4. If the claim is determined to be valid, David’s Hail & Collision will correct the defect at no cost to you at our Englewood facility

David’s Hail & Collision must be given the opportunity to remedy any valid claim before any payment will be issued to an outside repair facility. Authorization for repairs at an outside facility must be obtained in writing from David’s Hail & Collision prior to any work being performed elsewhere.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or correction of defects caused by David’s Hail & Collision. Our total liability under this policy shall not exceed the original cost of the repair performed. David’s Hail & Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the repairs performed.

General Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner or lessee at the time of repair
• This policy does not apply to repairs performed at any facility other than David’s Hail & Collision
• David’s Hail & Collision reserves the right to determine the appropriate repair method for all claims
• This coverage gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary by state
• This policy does not create any contractual obligations beyond the scope of the original repair services rendered
• David’s Hail & Collision reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time with notice posted on our website
