Our team works directly with your insurance company on your behalf to ensure a smooth, stress-free repair process from start to finish. Please read the following information carefully to understand how our claims assistance process works.

When you choose David’s Hail & Collision for your hail damage or collision repair, our experienced team handles every step of the insurance process for you. From filing your initial claim to communicating with adjusters and filing supplements for missed damage, we are committed to making sure your vehicle receives the full repair it deserves under your policy.

How Our Claims Assistance Works

Our insurance claims assistance process follows these steps:

• We assist with filing your initial hail damage or collision claim with your insurance provider upon request
• We coordinate and recommend scheduling your adjuster inspection at our Englewood, CO facility to ensure all damage is properly documented
• Our team reviews your insurance estimate in full to identify any missed or undervalued damage
• When necessary, we file a supplement directly with your insurance company to ensure the full scope of repair is covered
• We communicate directly with your insurance adjuster throughout the repair process to minimize delays
• We coordinate rental car arrangements through your insurance provider where applicable
• We perform a thorough quality inspection before returning your vehicle

Your Right to Choose Your Shop

Under Colorado law and in most cases nationwide, you have the legal right to choose any licensed repair facility for your vehicle — regardless of what your insurance company recommends. The following applies:

• You are never required to use an insurance company’s preferred or direct repair facility
• David’s Hail & Collision will work directly with any insurance provider on your behalf
• Your insurance company may not legally require you to use their preferred shop as a condition of your claim
• If your insurer pressures you to use a specific shop, you have the right to decline and choose David’s Hail & Collision instead
• Choosing your own shop does not affect your right to coverage under your policy

If your insurance provider is not listed above, contact our team directly and we will confirm our ability to work with your carrier.

Supplement Filing

If your initial insurance estimate does not fully cover the damage to your vehicle, David’s Hail & Collision will file a supplement with your insurance company on your behalf. The following terms apply:

• Supplements are filed at no additional cost to the customer
• David’s Hail & Collision will document all additional damage with photos and written documentation
• We communicate directly with your adjuster to negotiate fair and accurate repair coverage
• David’s Hail & Collision is not responsible for supplement decisions made by your insurance provider
• Final repair scope is subject to insurance approval and coverage under your specific policy

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Insurance claims assistance is provided as a complimentary service to customers completing repairs at David’s Hail & Collision
• Claims assistance does not guarantee a specific outcome, coverage amount, or insurance approval
• Customers are responsible for accurately representing their damage, coverage, and claim details to their insurance provider
• David’s Hail & Collision is not responsible for denied claims, coverage disputes, or decisions made by the customer’s insurance provider
• David’s Hail & Collision does not provide legal or insurance advice — customers are encouraged to consult their insurance agent or attorney regarding their specific policy and coverage
• Participation in our claims assistance process does not create any warranty, guarantee, or contractual obligation beyond the scope of repair services rendered
• David’s Hail & Collision reserves the right to modify or discontinue claims assistance services at any time without prior notice
