Deductible Assistance Terms & Conditions

David’s Hail & Collision is pleased to offer eligible customers up to $500 off their insurance deductible for qualifying hail damage or collision repairs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand eligibility requirements and how this offer works.

Offer Details

Eligible customers may receive up to $500 in deductible assistance when completing qualifying hail damage or collision repairs with David’s Hail & Collision. The exact amount of assistance is determined at the sole discretion of David’s Hail & Collision based on the severity of damage, the insurance estimate, and the overall scope of repair. Deductible assistance is applied as a reduction toward the customer’s out-of-pocket deductible obligation and has no cash value.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for deductible assistance, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The vehicle must sustain sufficient hail or collision damage to meet minimum repair thresholds as determined by David’s Hail & Collision
• Repairs must be approved and covered through a valid insurance claim
• The full scope of repair must be completed by David’s Hail & Collision at our Englewood, CO facility
• The insurance estimate must support the level of repair required to qualify
• The vehicle owner must be the named insured or authorized representative on the insurance claim

Vehicles with minor, limited, or cosmetic-only damage may not qualify for deductible assistance. Qualification is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Repair Method & Service Limitations

This offer applies only to qualifying repair services performed by David’s Hail & Collision. Deductible assistance eligibility is subject to the following limitations:

• Offer applies to qualifying paintless dent repair (PDR) and insurance-approved collision repair services
• David’s Hail & Collision reserves the right to determine which repair methods are appropriate for each vehicle
• The offer does not apply to repairs declined by the customer’s insurance provider
• The offer does not apply to out-of-pocket or non-insurance-related repairs

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Deductible assistance is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of David’s Hail & Collision
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers
• Deductible assistance has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or applied to services other than those completed by David’s Hail & Collision
• This offer is subject to compliance with all applicable Colorado state laws and insurance regulations
• Customers are responsible for accurately representing their insurance coverage and claim details
• David’s Hail & Collision is not responsible for any denied insurance claims, coverage disputes, or decisions made by the customer’s insurance provider
• David’s Hail & Collision reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice
• Fraudulent misrepresentation of damage, insurance claims, or eligibility will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the appropriate authorities
• Participation in this offer does not create any warranty, guarantee, or contractual obligation beyond the scope of services rendered

Compliance Statement

This deductible assistance offer is intended to operate in full compliance with applicable Colorado insurance laws and regulations. David’s Hail & Collision does not encourage, facilitate, or participate in any insurance fraud, misrepresentation, or waiver of deductibles in violation of Colorado law. Customers are encouraged to review their insurance policy and consult with their insurance provider regarding their deductible obligations.

Limitation of Liability

David’s Hail & Collision’s total liability under this offer shall not exceed the amount of deductible assistance applied to the qualifying repair. David’s Hail & Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or reliance upon this offer.
